Filippo Riniolo was born in Milan in 1986. He lives and works in Rome, where he graduated in 2011 from the Academy of Fine Arts. His research ranges between poetic, political, social, historical and topical themes. Fields of interest include the relationship between body and power, queer studies, gender studies and post-colonial studies. Her research tools include photography, installation, performance, sound and video. Numerous solo exhibitions, including “dell’eroina e dell’incenso” at Traffic Gallery in Bergamo in 2020, “se tu li guardi bene e li ascolti” at Spazio44 in 2018, “Loro” at Casavuota (Rm) in 2017, “A jouful sense at work” for the Milan Furniture Fair in 2016, “Invisible hand” at MauMau Gallery in Istanbul, conclusion of an artist residency in 2015, “La sua presenza” at Sponge Arteconteporanea (Pergola) in 2014, “LifeLong learning” at CIAC Museum in Genazzano in 2012.
